One such organization is the Equity Space Alliance (ESA) where she is the Founder, Chair, and CEO.
ESA's mission is to advocate, educate, and facilitate equitable ownership within the space industry. They are not solely working to diversify the space industry workforce; but, are working to position and prepare the next generation of space entrepreneurs, researchers, and businesses from underserved communities.
