Martin travels to West Penwith - the far west of Cornwall - where he enjoys coastal walking around the lonely hamlet of Porthgwarra near Land's End and gazes out at the Atlantic, remembering an interview he did with two men who'd just set a record by rowing across the ocean. On another walk he also meets the landlady of the Logan Rock Inn at Treen - who agrees with Martin that this is a very, very, special area indeed...
