Sonia Satra began her career in Hollywood, starring in the daytime dramas Guiding Light and One Life to Live. Now living in New York City, she continues to act, guest-starring in American Genius, Sons of Liberty, the Emmy-nominated docudrama The Men Who Built America, and most recently portraying Gloria Steinem in the mini-series The History of Playboy, slated to come out on Amazon in April 2017.

Sonia’s mission has been to help people live their most fulfilling lives, using the most powerful resources in their toolbox – the mind and the body. Drawing on science showing that the two work together in incredible, actionable ways, Sonia developed the phenomenon that is Moticise.

Moticise – motivational exercise – combines physical movement with mindset tools, in order to help people reshape their bodies and their lives.
