Conflict is inevitable. At some point, we will find ourselves in the middle of a disagreement with another person. And how we navigate that interaction matters.

This week, we step into a new series designed to help us develop tools for engaging in healthy conflict. To start us off, we're joined by John Inazu, author of Learning to Disagree: The Surprising Path to Navigating Differences with Empathy and Respect. And John is going to provide us with some helpful, practical insights that we can use the next time we find ourselves on opposite sides of an issue with someone.
