Howard is an award-winning entrepreneur who helped scale a technology company that increased voter turnout in democracies around the world. He’s worked at the UN and as a litigation attorney at an international law firm.
He also has experience working in journalism at CNN and Global News and in Public Policy for the former Under Secretary of State for Public Affairs.
He was named a ‘Global Shaper’ by the World Economic Forum and received his J.D. and Master’s from McGill University and Harvard. Howard currently works at Facebook.
