In today’s episode, we’re talking with Sven Fund, Managing Director, ReviewerCredits and Senior Director, Knowledge Unlatched. Sven is interviewed by Matthew Ismail, a Conference Director and Editor in Chief of the Charleston Briefings.

Matthew talks with Sven about his ownership and recent sale of Knowledge Unlatched, a company which Sven says fills the gap between libraries willing to spend money on open access to fund it and publishers who could make content open if funding were available.

They also talk about his most recent venture, ReviewerCredits, which is a global independent platform that allows peer reviewers to receive credit and acknowledgement for their work in peer review, and also helps to ensure that research is original, relevant and scientifically sound, helping to sustain accurate information.
