I share what I consider the TRUE crisis the global community is facing. The void of true authentic leadership has created a global crisis, on many levels in many ways. Economic uncertainty, political unrest, the disillusionment with governments, religious conflicts and social injustice all have gotten worse over time. Majority of leaders are more concerned over optics than over actual policy. These issues are only some of the many leadership challenges we face today.
