We should all be able to step away from our business. We have to set them up for success so they can run without us when we need or want to be gone. In today’s episode, I’m sharing how I’m preparing to be out of the office for six weeks. I’m going on maternity leave soon, and I am working ahead to make being gone seamless.
With this being my second maternity leave, I have learned several lessons and tips from my first. I’m giving you all the details on how I’m planning ahead with content creation, marketing, membership projects, delegating tasks, and a process for landing sales.
