هذا الموضوع عليه آراء مختلفة و متضاربة. البعض يعتبرونه افضل وسيلة لتعليم الطفل كيفية النوم والبعض عنده شكوك في الأمر ويعتقد ان الطريقة المعتمدة صعبة على الطفل والأهل.

She will share with us her experience and challenges as a mother teaching her son healthy sleeping habits, as well as her journey as a qualified expert in sleep coaching.
She is the founder of @dodosleepconsulting where she shares many tips and provides one on one consultation services for sleep training.
