Today’s episode is a deep dive into the creation of Holy Yoga, with founder Brooke Boon. Her story is Holy Yoga’s story. It’s a story of courage to create, merging two worlds that didn’t seem like they’d belong together but do, and changing minds about the holy practice of yoga. Brooke Boon is a 2x author and expert in marketing and birthing businesses. She’ll be leading yoga classes this year at Align Breakthrough and we are beyond honored to have her. Get your tickets at aligneventslive.com and join us in San Antonio this January 18-20th!
A yoga practitioner since 1998, Brooke founded Holy Yoga Global in 2006. She is the creator of Holy Yoga’s 100, 200 and 300-hour instructor training programs and facilitates the education and certification of thousands of Holy Yoga instructors worldwide. Brooke is the author of Holy Yoga: Exercise for the Christian Body and Soul and co-author of Hatha Yoga Illustrated and is the founder and president of the board for the Holy Yoga Foundation.
Outside of her flourishing career, Brooke dedicates time to raising her babes, pursuing adventure, and on occasion, hiding out near any body of water with a good book and bare feet.
