It's a new year and February is Heart Month. Certified Fitness Trainer and Sherry's younger sibling Jonathan Burton discusses basic tips for exercising at home. Also we discuss elevating your heart rate at home with no or little fitness equipment using HITT Training and very little space. Using the space in your bedroom, living room, with little equipment and space in your home with 10-15 minute workouts. In addition, the benefit with shorter workouts in shorter time, nutritional basics, and creating a motivating home interior environment for staying motivated are also discussed.
