Currently Eric is resident director at Baz: A Musical Mash-up at the Palazzo, writer and creative director at Renegades at Caesars Palace and starring host of The Cocktail Cabaret inside Cleopatra’s Barge at Caesars. We talk with Eric about everything he's doing now plus his first big Vegas gig in Starlight Express, why chicken wings matter and what it’s like to work with entertainment icons like Ben Vereen and Chita Rivera.
