Tracey Freed is the Founder of Freed Law and an Adjunct Professor at LMU’s law program. Prior to setting up her own shop to focus on digital media, entertainment and technology transactions, Tracey was a Partner at DME Law and served as Assistant General Counsel for Digital Networks at Sony Pictures. Shaun Spalding is an independent entertainment and intellectual property lawyer, who represents some of the most popular YouTube creators in the world. He is actively involved in non-profit work, serving as an advisory board member for New Media Rights and as a mentor for the Rising Arts Leaders program.
