Local Hawaiian artist and HCRA board member Aaron Kawaiʻaeʻa shares with us his manaʻo on his art. From painting to illustrating and beyond, Aaron always shares a connection to Hawaiian culture and heritage. Aaron, along side his family, created a book entitled “Kohala Kuamoʻo” which shares the story of Kamehameha the Great at birth and the challenge it took to save his life. This book has toured around the continent including the White House. Aaronʻs story is awesome. You should check it out!
