Spring is so busy for picking up new customers and doing quotations, so I thought it would be the perfect time to discuss what goes into a quote. What things do you need to consider and what factors have a bearing on the price you charge? If you get it wrong how can you make sure you make the needed adjustments for the next one? I share some of my tips and experiences to help you to get your quotations right.
