Setting targets and coming up with a strategy for growth can be a challenge in business, especially if you lack motivation. Well, with spring just ahead, this is the perfect time to start planning to grow your exterior cleaning business. So in this episode I am joined by my daughter Maesun Mackintosh who has just completed an A level in Business Studies. She achieved the highest possible grade and was given an award at her college. Now she joins me to talk about setting SMART targets and using this to come up with an effective growth strategy.
