Kyle Adams is a transformational servant leader, motivational speaker, coach, and consultant with expertise in higher education and athletic coaching. He has experience in student recruitment, advocacy, retention, counseling, programming, and development. With, over 2 decades of experience as a college basketball coach, Adams has strived to create inclusive environments that provide students with transformative experiences that are not only conducive to their social, emotional, and academic growth but also awaken their sense of commitment to social justice and community development. In 2018, Adams created itsBIGGERthantheball, LLC, a leadership development company committed to providing consultation, organizational development, and resources to coaches, leaders, schools, and businesses to help them further their self and organizational awareness thus providing them the dexterity and aptitude requisite in providing transformative learning experiences for the next generation of leaders. His clients include the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Lincoln University, Kentucky State University, College of Charleston, and Scranton Preparatory School. Adams serves as Associate Head Women's Basketball Coach at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
