Energy is everything. You are energy. Everything you engage with impacts you in some kind of way. What you engage with can either energize you or deplete you. They can make you feel more centered or more disconnected. Therefore it is important practice good energy hygiene to make sure that you are cleansing your energy from anything that depletes you to keep your body mind and soul in balance.

  1. What does your energy feel like?
  2. Do you notice how certain things either energize you or deplete you?
  3. What makes you feel the most recharged?
  4. What makes you feel the most drained?
  5. In what ways do you leak energy?
