The biggest misconception we have is that we should meditate only when we are stressed. This is the only time we think meditation can help us calm down, however, meditation is the practice of the mind where you train your mind to remain in the present moment. It helps you remain centered in the moment and help you respond and not react to every external stimuli. You can use this meditation at any time of the day. However, I recommend that you use it twice every day, once when you wake up and once before you go to sleep.
