In this episode, Jenny & Sheena chat about emotional regulation, handling toddler tantrums, sibling rivalry and more. They share some of their favorite resources for teaching emotions and emotional regulation, including Social Thinking by Michelle Garcia Winner and Zones of Regulation by Leah M. Kuypers. It’s important for our kids to know that there is no bad emotion…and we can still work on regulating our emotions and making sure our reaction matches the problem. And with summer coming up and kids being out of school and having less structure, there will be plenty of opportunities to practice!
