Things get crazy in this episode as I have a fun and interesting conversation with Elizabeth DiCristofano.

We talk about:

  • How was our year in 2020
  • What we learned about ourselves
  • What are we looking forward to

Bio:

Elizabeth - A Functional Medicine Health Coach set to be certified March 2021. Working in the corporate world for most of her life, she has endured both burnout and then lack of purpose in her roles and finally decided to embark on a new journey in her forties in the health and wellness space. Growing up with weight issues only to have them resurface in her forties she understands the power of therapy as well as coaching and that there is a need for women her age to get the help to overcome body and eating issues. As a health coach, she can be an ally and support in their journey to recovery and guide them to better health and ultimately to see that they are worth it! She has also created a Podcast for women over 40, The Root Of Our Health, talking about health and wellness issues seen through a Functional Medicine lens getting to the root cause, giving tips and knowledge to help them live with vitality and happiness as they dance into the 2nd half of their lives!
