Jagadish Vasudev better known as "Sadhguru," is the founder of the Isha Foundation. He dons many hats as a yoga guru, mystic, philanthropist, author, and podcaster. Sadhguru defies stereotypes by actively engaging in various activities beyond meditation. He sings, dances, rides a bike, and drives vehicles for causes that impact humanity, such as "Save The Soil." In recognition of his spiritual teachings and humanitarian efforts, Sadhguru was honoured with India’s second-highest civilian award, the Padma Vibhushan, in 2017.

In the latest episode of the ANI Podcast with Smita Prakash, Sadhguru addresses the debate of Ayurveda versus Allopathy, offering insights into their roles in healthcare. Additionally, he shares wisdom on mental health and explores the ancient teachings of Sanatana Dharma.

Sadhguru discusses whether India is a secular country or not and contemplates its potential to become a "Vishwaguru" or world leader. He bats for one nation one election and elaborates on why frequent elections could be harmful for democracy.

Sadhguru also addresses the question of how chronic diseases may stem from the thoughts and emotions we generate, which can ultimately taint the chemical balance within our bodies. He suggests exploring a holistic approach to well-being.
