In this week's episode, Abby brings the crew an anxiety-inducing tale of devastation and destruction when she tells the story of the 1947 Texas City industrial disaster.
April 16th, 1947 started out like any other normal day in the small port town of Texas City but would soon turn deadly after a large cargo ship carrying explosive materials caught fire and detonated, killing hundreds of people and ravaging the area.
Tune in for the heartbreaking details of this case and listen to some of the accounts of those who survived it.
We hope you guys enjoy this episode and we will see you in April after Shawna's maternity leave!
