So often, we find ourselves making excuses for other people's behaviour, whether it is a 'teaching method' or they are having a bad day, which turns into a bad few months. It's important to check in and see if it is bullying. It may have been happening so long that you are 'used' to it, but really, you are going to work with your guard up, ready to dodge any hurtful things that are being said to you.
