進入暑假，也進入大專校院學生打工旺季。然而，「勞動權益受損」及「職場安全」的新聞事件卻時有所聞，顯示學生因缺乏勞動概念而遭受剝削的困境。
＊打工的第一天，雇主就應為工讀生加保，並沒有所謂的「通過試用期才投保」。
＊公司「制服」明文規定由資方負擔費用，而非要新報到的員工先繳制服費。
＊打卡有A、B卡，一張是按照勞基法七休一的合法（假卡）；另一張才是實際的工作時數（超時過勞的真卡）。遇到這種情形，該怎麼保障自己的權益呢？
＊「陪玩姊姊」的工作無固定雇主，且雇主是一般家庭，並不像立案的公司會為員工投保。類似的工作該如何獲得保障呢？
二位”資深打工族”同學現身說法，並請新竹就業中心胡主任解惑，提供保護自己不受剝削的方法。
