2020 has certainly been a wild ride, and as we approach the Thanksgiving holiday–many of us are struggling to find things to be thankful for. Even though, yes, this holiday is problematic–and yes, we’re still apart from our families, I assure you…you can always find something to be thankful for.
That’s why I wanted to save my interview with Eric Aumen for your Thanksgiving holiday. Once Santa appears at the end of whatever Thanksgiving Parade we’re saddled with this year, it will indicate the start of the Christmas Season. This is also a time to reflect on the following year and begin to make plans for the upcoming one.
This year has been an exceptionally difficult time for all of us, and we’ve found ourselves with some newfound free time that we really don’t know what to do with. Maybe taking up some spiritual practices in the new year can help you emerge from this pandemic anew.
That’s why you need to listen to this interview with Eric Aumen. Eric is a Transformational Alignment Coach that works with men to help them reach their full potential. Using tools like Quigong and breathwork, Eric strives to build a supportive community of men dedicated to brotherhood. He’s doing great work. After you listen to this interview, you should book a free coaching session with him to experience the power of our own body and energy.
