A gold ringed pig

Today's teaching is a call to live a balanced life.

It's a call to be a man of one master, a man of the light and not showing both darkness and the light.

A beautiful woman who lacks discretion is like a gold ring in a pig’s snout.

How beautiful are you in the eyes of people?

Does God see the same beauty people are seeing in you?

God looks at the heart, what is inside your heart whilst men look outside appearance.

But the Lord said to Samuel, “Don’t judge by his appearance or height, for I have rejected him. The Lord doesn’t see things the way you see them. People judge by outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”

*1 Samuel 16:7 NLT*

Many of you are qualified in the eyes of people by how you look and act, but your Beauty and actions are like a gold ring on the nose of a pig - heading to nothing in the end.

In whatsoever people are rewarding you, are you getting the same reward from God?

Better be disqualified by the world and get qualified in the eyes of God - stop acting to please people.

You are a gold ringed pig if you speak in tongues whilst still committing adultery

You are a gold ringed pig if preach and teach the word of God but you have not stopped speaking lies.

You are a gold ringed pig if you give in the kingdom of God but you still do corruption

There is no place in paradise for an adulterer, even if you sing well in Church with tears, even if you pray in tongues - True Repentance is not shedding tears and rolling on the floor, it's not being sorry but stopping sin and start doing the word of God.

How can you be good and bad at the same time?

Choose one thing and be assured of your destiny - no one can deceive God.

Darkness and the light dwelleth not together - it's either you are of darkness or the light, no one serves two masters.

“No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.

If you still do corruption, you choose money before God

Whatsoever you put Infront before God is your idol worship

Your own ministry can be an idol - how are you ministering?

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.

And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.

And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.

The gifts of the Spirit will not save you from eternal condemnation but show forth the fruit of the Spirit - the true character of Jesus.

You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles?

Bear the fruit that comes with true Repentance - the fruit of the Spirit.

Bear the fruit in line with the born again you claim to be

Repent! And focus on God alone, time is gone - Jesus is coming soon.
