In this session with Ritwik Guha Mustafi, we deliberate upon the validity and constitutionality of the dilution of labour laws that was done by many states like Uttar pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka.
Hoping to promote economic growth and development during the covid-19 pandemic, several provisions of these labour laws were diluted and circumvented through a series of ordinances issued by these states.
