Here, many things or little actions only take us a little time. Yet sometimes it takes us weeks or months before we are able to exit apathic states due to the density of our experience here. In 2018 I faced more layers of food addictions and I designed a rhythm to go towards cellular detoxification. Food is directly related to the time and energy we have. I walked away from the density of mucus forming foods and even most of the mucuslean food that densifies us. I have found keys to walk in empowerement about my own health and to understand my body and the human body avatar. I have learned to take time for self care and rewire my programming that was in the way for me to be able to do certain things in another kind of order. Along the way since my twenties, I have been working with spirited and non spirited practicioners. Nowadays I can mostly do manual therapy work with a spirited person that is not corrupted beyond a certain point. The degree of harvesting is much. For fire creation beings, it is also an adventure to tune to benevolent frequencies in practicioners in our direct surroundings. The reals are being encouraged to blend in with the 3D dense aspects of life. The spark of creation is a prime target. There is much handling done due to the backdrop technology, the simulation aspects you will find in every field and the new age deception. Many handlers and traps of course are to be found in the healing field. That is why keeping on working on identifying the signature of deceit is important. Sexual trauma, sexual access and beta sex kitten programming being triggered and accessed are also part of the journey. There is a price to pay if we go along with the program and many reals are currently stuck in many layers of 3D programming and in a profound forgetting. Everyday it is part of the game to learn to spot the other high frequency beings around us and to keep on building a higher frequency reality on our own and together.
