Our relationship with ourselves are affected by numerous factors here. It is a sometimes tedious work to be rebuilding our self-esteem due to the damages of the MK Ultra projects. Different programs can be affecting the image we have of ourselves and different operations are meant to provide an inverted mirrored image false feedback about who we are. Knowing and remembering who we are assists in navigating the inverted madness, clearing false realities, recognizing cognitive dissonance in others and preserving ourselves from the distorted feedback from the simulation or from spirited handlers, distancing ourselves from the false matrix success templates to focus on the path of Truth and True Healing and Integration.
