Today I am speaking with Michelle Sparks - an Australian artist, working out of her public gallery/studio in Brisbane. She brings a street edge to contemporary still life art, bringing the objects she paints to life through vibrant colour, expressive pattern and texture.
In this interview we talk about taking the leap into becoming a full time artist, social media, having an art mentor, art fairs and having a bricks and mortar gallery space.
