On this episode of the podcast I caught up with Josh Stolton or more commonly known in the bjj community as Peaches.
We spoke about Josh's martial arts journey including his recent competition run and preparation for ADCC with the Essence BJJ crew and Draig. I really enjoyed learning more about what the life of a professional jiu jitsu athlete looks like and the commitment it takes to find success.
