On this episode, we interview Natalie Held (@natateaa) and Jaime Bilotti (@FanToBandd) all about Fan Engagement. Both of these incredibly impressive women are paving and making way for fan girls all over the world. This episode’s conversation centers around the heavy importance of fan engagement in not only the music industry but the world. The evident surge of heavy fan engagement turned into career as the age of “One Direction” and other popular stan twitter are becoming the ones in the industry pushing for jobs and wanting to be heard and acknowledged.

We are excited to bring in @Natateaa or Natalie Held, she is incredible. She is all about pink, politics, and pop culture. She does so many things, she works in Content Creation and Management for the Hermana Agency, on top of being a Social Editor for Let’s Fucking Date - she basically is the queen of super-fan strategy.

We also are very excited to have Jaime Bilotti from Fan To Band. Fan To Band is an entertainment company that specializes in fan engagement and understanding a fanbase's needs. They are encouraging and educating fans everyday to elevate their fan knowledge and use it as transferable skills. They are bridging the gap and connecting fans all over the world.
