Aliz graduated from our BA (Hons) Photography degree in 2022, and shortly afterwards won the Student Photographer of the Year award from Amateur Photographer Magazine. She talks about her surprise at receiving this, the inspirations and processes involved in her project, and how the exhibitions and facilities she had access to on the course were vital to her development as a photographer.
