Having worked in the area of Social Services and Supplier Diversity for the last 20 years, Vaughn is able to attest to the pitfalls of any industry, yet he knows that the end result is what you make of it. Receiving all formal education in the Los Angeles inner-city schools, Vaughn is a testament as to the success of perseverance and goal setting. Each day he is compelled to challenge peers to rise to the next level of sucess in their perspective industries.

His background over the last decade has entailed managing programs designed to service at-risk youth, single mothers obtaining federal subsidy, fathers exiting the penal system, and older adults returning to the workforce. The common denominator in every group that he has serviced has been diversity and financial constraints associated with the lack of job training. Over the years he's trained, empowered and employed over 700 South Los Angeles Constituents in the areas of clerical, accounting, janitorial, domestic engineering, restaurant management, industrial services and management.
