Quiet quitting is not as straightforward as one might think. It’s worth considering the real cost: one’s physical and mental health. If you go against your natural inclinations to perform your job in a manner that feels positive, you’d be better off working where you are celebrated, not just tolerated. As a leader, though, you must keep your team engaged.
