Michael’s career in the hotel and hospitality industry started when he was just a teenager cleaning tennis courts at a resort on Hilton Head Island. This role morphed into snack bar attendant, pool attendant and on up. Tune in to learn how these roles and early experiences shaped Michael’s road to Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, his first job post-graduation at Rock Resorts in Vail, CO, and the Low Country where he served as President and Co-Owner of Charlestowne Hotels for over 15 years. Today, Michael serves as Founder and CEO of MWT Consulting where he offers insight and advisory to groups and individuals in the hospitality industry.
