Hey there! In this podcast, Steph talks about the three critical things you need to know about ChatGPT as a business person. The potential issues businesses face when using AI, specifically ChatGPT. We all want to be more productive but we definitely want to be mindful of some of the downside of AI tools.

She points out that ChatGPT might not give you the most up-to-date information because it has yet to be updated since 2021, which could cause problems in the long run. And a LOT of wasted time.

Also, ChatGPT's generated content might lead to copyright issues because the content may not belong to you. Plus, Google filters can spot content generated by ChatGPT and might end up suppressing it. Ugh. All of these things may result in lost income, lost leads, lost time, and may cost us if we have to defend ourselves against copyright challenges.

So, what's Steph's advice? She suggests using Content at Scale instead, which creates long-form content in a more human-like voice to avoid these issues altogether. Another tool that Steph recommends is Descript, which can take spoken language and turn it into transcripts that can be used as a basis for blog posts or articles--anything you want! Using a transcript of human speech and then ChatGPT, you can create content that sounds human (because it is!!) and avoid getting flagged by Google's filters--take that, Google!! So dive in with AI, it's everywhere and can save you loads of time and brainpower, but research the downside to your output if you're using it for business or selling it as a product.
