At just 26 years old, our guest, Cody Caswell, hails from the vibrant city of Austin, Texas. Cody's journey in real estate began at an impressive age of 16 when he made his first investment. Fast forward to today, and Cody has achieved an incredible feat, building a $5 million real estate portfolio comprising over 70 units and successfully flipping more than 50 homes.
In 2023, Cody, along with his wife Sarah, founded Ivory Home, a groundbreaking interior design service tailored exclusively for real estate investors. Their venture stands as the nation's only service of its kind, bringing a unique blend of design and functionality to the real estate landscape.
But Cody's expertise doesn't stop there. A graduate in Finance from McNeese State University in 2019, he possesses a deep understanding of the financial aspects of the real estate game. His areas of specialization include flipping houses, managing heavy rehab construction projects, ensuring construction timeline fulfillment, and weaving the magic of interior design into every property. Cody lives by the philosophy that "Real estate is simple, but not easy," and today, we're fortunate to delve into his journey, insights, and the wisdom he's gained along the way.
