At the beginning of 2023 there was a lot of talk about recession and layoffs. While there have been many layoffs across the country, Austin seems to have not been hit too hard so far, and the economy continues to move along. But the "Macro Economic Uncertainty" is still impacting hiring. Wade Allen, President and CEO at Cendea joins the conversation to talk about hiring for tech companies in our new world.
