Jess is on a mission to revolutionise the way we design and build our places based on radical inclusion and belonging, fostering a strong sense of identity in places and spaces that resonates for generations to come.

When we spoke with Jess she was working FreeState in Experience Direction & Creation. The episode questions traditional approaches and ways of working in the field, and emphasises the importance of understanding the systems we work in and our ability to shift and change them.
