The Bellaire House in Ohio is one of the most legendary & haunted in the nation. Built in the 1800's by a coal mining executive, it's been the site of a mining explosion, ancient Native American burial caves & the French & Indian wars.
In decades since, it's become a paranormal hotspot. It's seen a frequent turnover of residents. No one seems to want anything to do with this house. The current owner even tried to get rid of the home and offered it to the town for $1. But the town REFUSED
