Mark Calabro’s ability to combine his love of food with his skills in technology, marketing and sales, has made him the perfect ally for the hospitality industry, where increasing overheads and competition continues to shrink profit margins. As co-founder and head of sales at point-of-sale technology brand OrderMate, launched in 2003, Mark has more than 15 years’ experience building a technology business from scratch in the food and beverage space.
