Our guest today is Rachel Stone. Rachel is the host of Neighborhood English Teacher and co-host of LitMix. Rachel writes about food, faith, justice, public health, and maternal health. Her work has appeared in Christianity Today, Sojourners, Books & Culture, The Christian Century, The Progressive Christian, and Creation Care Magazine. Rachel has published several books, including Birthing Hope, a memoir of motherhood and fear; Eat with Joy: Redeeming God’s Gift of Food, the winner of a Christianity Today book award; and a revised version of the More-With-Less Cookbook, the classic Mennonite cookbook that celebrates faith, justice, simplicity, and good eating.
