So Jim and I did this 24 hour Groundhog Day marathon on Groundhog Day, lots of Bald Move fans showed up to cheer us on, and together we wound up raising $10,205 for the homeless! You can watch the entire thing on YouTube if you’re so inclined, but if you want to know the highlights, listen to this podcast. We couldn’t be prouder of the Bald Move family. We truly felt like we really came together and did something special.
After Jim and I finish reminiscing, Jasper Vaughn from the National Alliance to End Homelessness joins the podcast to officially thank our community for their generous support and inform us all on the latest research on homelessness and the policies and legislation that can realistically end the problem today. The NEAH also wanted to provide you with the following resources if you’d like to know more or are moved to help out!
- National Alliance to End Homelessness website
- Donate to the Alliance
- Encountering Homelessness webinar
- More on Rapid Re-Housing
