In the twenty-fourth episode, “Fashionably Late”, Steve gives the listeners a tour of Basement Place while he waits for Cale to get to Basement Place so they can dissect the new format of the show and ponder whether or not people actually still listen to the show.

Upon Cale’s arrival, the duo then wait for the Shearon brothers – Todd & Brigham – to get to Basement Place so they can discuss such topics as the music business, muscle memory, Polaroids of pornstars, the New Year’s show that never happened, short attention spans, Steve’s hair, the Adam Duritz story and the “Spicy” conclusion to a saga that has lasted months.
