Bats Left Throws Right hosts 11 year MLB veteran Scott Hairston. A third round pick out of Central Arizona College in 2001, Scott spent time with the Arizona Diamondbacks, San Diego Padres, Oakland Athletics, New York Mets, Chicago Cubs and Washington Nationals during his career. Scott comes from the largest MLB family in history, with his brother Jerry Jr., father Jerry Sr., uncle Johnny, and grandfather Sammy having all played in the big leagues. Scott discusses what it was like growing up around so much baseball talent, his journey to professional baseball, and the lessons learned from the game which he now passes on to his own kids.
