Sabrina Ghayour's first book Persiana won the Observer Food Monthly Award for 'Best New Cook Book 2014' and The Evening Standard named Sabrina as one of '1000 Most Influential People in London'. Sabrina’s second book Sirocco will be published by Octopus Books in May 2016.

Iranian born Sabrina Ghayour is a self-taught cook and food writer who hosted the hugely popular ‘Sabrina’s Kitchen’ supper club at her home in London, specialising in Persian and Middle Eastern flavours. Sabrina was named by The Observer Newspaper as one of the ‘Rising Stars of 2014’, and her first book Persiana was published by Octopus Books in May.
