The idea of radical responsibility in business hugely impacts the relationship you have with your clients, the results they get, and the impact you are able to have on your clients or even on yourself as a client. Radical responsibility in business is powerfully important for your growth, your success, and your overall fulfillment. It’s this idea that you can recognize and understand that you are the only person that can show up and move yourself forwards. If you are a service-based business owner, you are the only person that is able to do your work, serve your people, and express the knowledge and value inside of your brain. Radical responsibility is recognizing the power that you have to move yourself forward or keep yourself stuck. You are the only one who can take ownership of your life and your business, which is a liberating energy. The same goes for you in your own work with a coach or mentor inside of a program or with a service. It’s the idea that YOU have decided that you are ready, committed, and willing to do the work. They can be there to support you, but you have to take that radical responsibility to show up and do the work. In this episode, we’ll cover: What is radical responsibility in business to me? How can we harness this for ourselves? Why does this matter? The impact of this long term. Managing client expectations and your boundaries.
