Teresa always tells her patients and those she counsels that she isn't the healer, Jesus is the healer, and Teresa is just the catalyst. Mental health and mental stability start by having a relationship with Christ. Just know that therapy is healthy and normal. "If you're ready to do this work, then you can make this work."

If you're going through a tough time in life know the Lord knows the plans for your life. The Bible says in Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Even though you might be going through a rough patch, if you've hit rocket bottom, know that the situation that you're in NEVER dictates your ending. There is ALWAYS hope, no matter the problem.
